with mini-jackshaft and polaris secondary installed
billet aluminum motor plate, motor rocked back, mini-jackshaft, and a powder coat bulkhead. i have a mamoth pile of new bolts, bearings, and shims to make this set-up work. everything is aligned perfectly and ready to race.
motor is basically straight up and down and moved back as far as possible. all i have to add is a chain tensioner and the bulkhead is 100% race ready.
everything is drilled and fitted before it was powder coated. if you look close on this side you can see the holes for the brake caliper. everything is shimmed and tested already to make things go faster.
the mini jackshaft is at the machine shop getting gun drilled for less rotating mass and keyed for the polaris secondary. i didn't have the cash for titanium shafts or i would have had those too. maybe next year?
94 xlt drive shaft with two inches added on the right side, mini z aluminum hub, custom stainless steel brake disc, and 73 el tigre drivers.
this will probably add 5 more miles per hour alone. maltese cross taillight to "intimidate" the competition.
